Super comfy! But “Deep Bordeaux” is more like dark red!

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn! I’m usually a size 10, but the 9.5 wide fit perfectly. My only issue is with the color. I ordered “Deep Bordeaux” twice, but both times received a dark red shade instead. I contacted customer service, but they insisted that the pair I received was in fact “Deep Bordeaux.” So just a heads-up- if you’re ordering this color, be aware that it may look more like a dark red than the rich, deep tone you might be expecting.
