Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method used for payment ( no exceptions ).  Only merchandise purchased on earthshoes.ca on or after May 1, 2024 are potentially eligible for refunds.  Please Note: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

  • You will need to provide your order #, item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return

  • You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.

  • Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be initiated

Reminder: All Items must be returned in original shoeboxes in new, unworn condition.

Please note that you must return the items in a shipping box or bag—either new or the one used to ship your original order.  Be aware that if the return is not properly packaged, or if the shoe box is used as a shipping box, a handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges:

- We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).

- Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please Note: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.  

We do not refund original shipping fees.
