Shipping policy

Earth® Shoes Canada offers complimentary ground shipping on select orders, the costs & conditions are as follows:

• Free ground shipping to all provinces on orders $100+

• Orders to all provinces under $100 are subject to a ground shipping fee of $9.99

• Orders to all territories are subject to a ground shipping fee of $30, and are excluded from free shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

We cannot be responsible for delays in courier service.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with your tracking number.  You can use this number to find out when your goods should be arriving.
