Is power path footbed like grounded heel? I can only wear grounded heel due to arthritic toes.

The Earth Powerpath footbed is designed to absorb shock at the heel with every step, stabilize your foot with arch support and propel you through your forward motion with high density foam in the forefoot. They would not be considered a grounded or negative heel.
